Eco-Friendly Friday-Find Your Local Farmer’s Market

Hanging out at a local farm in the fall

If you haven’t taken advantage of local wares at your farmer’s market, make a decision to try it out this spring. Here in Ohio, most farmer’s markets are seasonal, but there are a few open year round! Northside Farmers Market and Findlay Market are two open year-round.

In the spring, many markets pop up all over the city. I am very excited to try out my local markets and check out some new ones! We are also trying out some local grass fed beef from a farm 3 miles from our house, and I hope to find an outlet for eggs from grass fed chickens.
