DIY Shower Cleaner

I have found that many natural spray cleaners really do not do the job of getting the deep down yuckies of the tub. Little did I know that I had the two ingredients in my pantry that I needed to get it sparkling clean!

Simply sprinkle baking soda liberally on the shower floor. Spray with homemade All-Purpose Spray (equal parts vinegar and water). The baking soda will bubble from the reaction to the vinegar (think volanos from science class). Do not spray too much All-Purpose spray or the baking soda will completely dissolve. You want to make a paste with it so that the baking soda acts as an abrasive and cleans the deep down grime and dirt.

Once you have the paste formed, use a bit of elbow grease to clean, and rinse away with water. There are no harsh chemical fumes to inhale, no unkown ingredients, and the results are fantastic.

Good to see you have a helper too! My little guy however only seems to get interested in helping out when the project looks “cool” or fun. LOL
Maybe if I try this he’ll think its fun enough!
    LOL
